Category: Home On May 10, EuroCivitas and the US Embassy in Latvia held a panel discussion titled US-Russia Relations Today and Tomorrow: Implications for Europe and for Latvia. It has been more than two years since the start of the "reset" in the US-Russia relations. The significant change of tenor and reduced tension between the two states has been matched by a more favourable climate in the relations between Russia and the EU, so far outweighing the fears of a growing Russian influence and an American "abandonment" of Europe.
